This Leaves and Water blend was born from the wishes of a little girl who, with confidence and not a little determination, pointed to her father and told him to make her a tea that tasted like apple pie and would be called…"I Like Pie".  And so we present you with I like Pie, a loose leaf rooibos blend of apples, cinnamon, almonds and spices, delivering a wonderfully warming "bite" of apple pie with every sip.  
 
Rooibos in general and this blend in particular make fantastic iced teas, without any worry of over brewing or becoming bitter.  Rooibos, or Redbush Tea, is naturally Caffeine-Free and is and has a host of healthy benefits such as controlling blood sugar, aiding in weight loss and counteracting allergies such as hay fever  Rooibos is also an excellent source of dietary iron and can help the body to absorb iron more readily
